Step1.Preparation before cooking.
1.Rinse Chinese noodles in cold water and drain.
Wash the noodles gently, as washing too hard will tear the noodles into small pieces.
2.Cut up cabbage and pork.
Step2.Saute the ingredients.
3.Put vegetable oil in a frying pan and heat. The more vegetable oil, the better it tastes. The more oil you add, the more calories you get.
4.Stir-fry pork and cook thoroughly.
5.When pork is cooked, add cabbage and stir-fry.
6.When the cabbage is lightly cooked, add the washed and drained Chinese noodles and stir-fry.
Step3.Stir-fry with yakisoba sauce.
Once the Chinese noodles are loosened and stir-fried, add the yakisoba sauce and stir-fry until the sauce is lightly moistened.
Finish
Serve with aonori (green laver) or red ginger, if desired.
It is also delicious with mustard mayonnaise.
Caution
You can make this dish without vegetables or pork, but it will not taste good without yakisoba sauce. Other sauces cannot be substituted.
