Benefits of ”Gyudon(Beef bowls)”
It is not fried and cooked in oil. It is just boiled. It is very healthy. It has a lot of rice, so it is high in carbohydrates, but it is gluten-free, and if you cool it down a little, it becomes healthier because of the increase in the amount of resistant starch.

Gyudon is a typical Japanese fast food. I want to eat it irresistibly.
The key to making a tasty gyudon is as follows Cut the beef into thin slices. If it is too thick, it will not taste good. Anyway, make it very thin!
It is healthier than eating fried chicken or French fries.
Replicated the taste of a good Japanese restaurant.
