Can't get Chinese noodles? You can make noodles more like Chinese noodles by adding 1 tablespoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of baking soda, and boiling the pasta for 2 minutes longer than normal.

Step1. Put Chinese chicken broth, hondashi, soy sauce and sesame oil in a bowl and pour hot water.

Step2. Boil noodles.

If you cook pasta with baking soda for a long time, it will look just like ramen noodles.

1.Boil more water in a pot.
2.Put salt and baking soda in a pot.
3.Once boiling, add pasta and cook for the prescribed cooking time + 2 minutes.

 

Step3. Add noodles.

4.After the noodles are cooked, drain the noodles in a colander and add them to the soup.

 

Finish
Top with boiled eggs and green onions if desired.
