Sweet Potato Vine
1tbsp
Soy sauce
1tbsp
Mirin (sweet cooking sake)
1tbsp
Sake
1tbsp
Sugar
1tbsp
Sesame oil

Step1.Pre-boil Japanese sweet potato vines.
・Harvest the vine between the leaves and stems.
・Peel the vines from the leaves.
・Soak in water for 10 minutes.
・Put the vines in a pot with a teaspoon of water and a teaspoon of salt and boil from the water.
・Boil for 2minutes after boiling, then drain and cool in cold water.
Step2.Put sesame oil in a frying pan, add drained potato vines and fry.
Vegetable oil or olive oil can be substituted.
Add sugar, soy sauce, mirin and sake.
Step3.Stir-fry until the water is gone.
