What is "Boneless Roasted Chicken"?
There are various methods of cooking chicken, including roasting it in an oven or grill, roasting it on skewers, or roasting it in a special roasting machine (roaster). Another method is to steam the chicken in a Dutch oven (a thick iron pot for outdoor cooking). This method prevents the flavor from escaping and adds the aroma of the roasted skin.

Kentucky Fried Chicken is the name of Christmas in Japan
Why did people in Japan start eating chicken at Christmas? A famous story that is often heard is that it originated with Kentucky Fried Chicken Japan's advertising campaign in the 1970s, "Kentucky at Christmas. This has been read in the company's publicity materials and has been featured in many media outlets.
Another theory is that a foreign customer could not find a Christmas turkey in Japan, so he was forced to buy fried chicken at a KFC Japan store instead. KFC Japan learned of this and launched an advertising strategy to promote "Kentucky for Christmas," and it is said to have taken root among the Japanese people.
