Champon, a healthier noodle dish than ramen

Champon

Want some ramen?
But making ramen soup is very difficult. And it is not healthy because of the calories and oil. So, we introduce "Champon," a low-calorie, healthy, yet tasty and filling dish.

Champon is a hearty noodle recipe with pork, seafood, and plenty of vegetables. The thick noodles are well mixed with the rich milky broth, making you want to slurp it down more and more. We recommend adding your favorite vegetables and arranging them as well.

Even kids who don't like veggies or seafood will enjoy this dish if they like ramen.

This is a simple champon that we often eat at my house. We make it with ingredients we think you can get in the US so you can make and eat it.

Delicious and very healthy.

Just stir fry the ingredients and cook them in the broth.
