What is "Chirashi Sushi (Scattered sushi)"?
Chirashi sushi is sushi made by mixing ingredients with vinegared rice. “Chirashi” means “scatter”, and the name “Chirashi sushi” comes from the meaning of “scattering” various ingredients in and on vinegared rice.
Benefits of ”Chirashi Sushi (Scattered sushi)”
Compared to regular meals, chirashi sushi contains little or no oil or gluten, so its occasional inclusion is considered healthy. It is also very easy to make but gives you a taste of real sushi.
Benefits of Vinegar
The health benefits expected from vinegar are said to include suppression of postprandial blood sugar elevation, reduction of body fat and visceral fat, lowering of blood pressure, and relief of fatigue, making it one of the foods that should be proactively taken in.
The topping is very tasty with just an egg. Topping with salmon or other fish fillets is beautiful to look at but may not taste as good if they are not seasoned. It would be better to either leave out the fish fillets or add Kani-kama(Imitation Crab).
Just mix with rice.
True Japanese flavor made easy and without fail for everyone!
Just mix it in with some warm rice!

Finish
How to make the toppings.
Kinshi-tamago (Thinly sliced beaten egg)
Beat three eggs.
Line a large plate with plastic wrap and add a thin layer of beaten egg.
Cook in a microwave oven at 600W for 1 minute.
Remove from plastic wrap, being careful not to burn yourself.
Roll up a thinly fried egg.
Cut thinly, being careful not to cut your hands.
Kinshi-tamago is ready to serve. This time I also prepared sashimi grade salmon. I think imitation crab would be tastier than fresh salmon.
If you fail to cook
If you fail in cooking and produce food that does not taste good, it is okay.
