Pork bone soup is labor-intensive to make, requiring obtaining and simmering pork bones.

Therefore, in Japan, people either eat pork bone ramen at restaurants or enjoy the pork bone-style ramen introduced here.

What is "Tonkotsu fu Ramen (Pork bone style Ramen)"?
This is an easy and delicious soup that recreates the creamy texture of simmered pork bones using coffee creamer. While it's not authentic pork bone soup, it offers a tasty ramen option that doesn't require dealing with the smell or processing of pork bones. Please enjoy a flavor that's neither soy sauce, salt, nor miso ramen.

Benefits of ”Tonkotsu fu Ramen (Pork bone style Ramen)”
By using whole chicken broth instead of pork bones, even those who cannot eat pork for religious or other reasons can experience a taste similar to pork bone ramen.

You can also choose healthy options like olive oil or MCT oil for the fat content, or adjust the amount of oil itself, making it a customized, healthier ramen to suit your preferences.
