Minced Chicken Meat Patties
Material/ Serves 3
90g
Minced chicken meat after making soup stock
60g
Onion
30g
Butter
50g
White wine
60g
Fresh cream
60g
Cream cheese
5g
Lemon juice
3g
Salt
1g
White & Black pepper
Step1. Stir-fry.
Place butter in a frying pan and begin to melt.
Before it melts, add the chopped onion.
Saute over medium heat.
Slowly heat through to bring out the sweetness.
Add 45 g of white wine. (The remaining 5 g will be used later.)
Add half of the cream.(The other half will be used later.)
Add all the minced chicken meat.
When the chicken is warmed up, it is ready.
Turn off the heat and let cool.
Step2. Put in a mixer.
When cooled, put in a mixer.
Add cream cheese,Fresh cream and Salt,White & Black pepper .
Put the mixture in the blender.
Stop the mixer and add the lemon juice and white wine.
Put in the mixer.
When smooth, pour into a mold and ice.
Step3. Chill.
Put it in the refrigerator to chill.
When it hardens, it is ready.
Finish
Spread on bread and eat.
Refrigerate for about 4 days.
