Step1.Fry an egg.
Add vegetable oil and fry with beaten eggs.
If you fry the eggs on the oil, they will become fluffy.
Remove the eggs and set aside.
Step2.Add seasonings, add Chinese chives and eggs and bake.
Put water and seasonings in a pot.
Add Chinese chive and egg.
Stir-fry.
Step3.Finish with thickening and aroma.
