Material/ Serves 2

 

Chives

50g

 

Syouyu
(Soy sauce)

50ml

 

Mirin
(sweet cooking rice wine)

1tbsp

 

red pepper

1pinch

 

Sesame oil

1/2 tbsp

 

 

 

Step1.Wash chives and drain well. Wipe dry with paper towels.

If not thoroughly wiped dry, they will not be eaten quickly after cooking.

 

Step2.Cut the Chinese chives.

You can cut them into chunks or strips, whichever you prefer.

 

Step3.Put chives in Tupperware and add soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil and red pepper.

After 12 hours in the refrigerator, they are ready to eat.
