"Dashi"(Japanese soup stock)

 

10g

Miso(soybean paste)

 

(Vegetarians and vegans should use "soup stock made from konbu" instead of "hondashi". )

 

Vegetarians and vegans should use "Kombu Dashi Powder kelp (Vegetarian Soup Stock)" instead of "hondashi". Changing Soup Stock to this will result in a menu with no animal products.
