Step1.Saute chicken thighs and onions.

Step2.Add seasonings and bring to a simmer.

Add soy sauce, mirin, sugar, hondashi and water. Cook until onions are transparent and chicken is cooked through.

 

Step3.Reduce heat to low and pour over beaten eggs.
