Hello everyone! My name is Mitsuhiro Eguchi. I am a Japanese man who loves the world. I was born and raised in Japan and live in Japan.

I've always loved eating and enjoyed cooking since I was a child.

I hold a certification as a registered seller and provide health advice to clients. Utilizing this, I teach about healthy eating habits as a cooking and ramen enthusiast.

Why do we teach delicious Japanese food that is good for the body?
The reason is simple.
We want to help you get healthy and happy. And if you adopt Japanese food, you can get it cheaply and easily.

People from countries like the United States and Europe often have a mistaken image when they try to imagine Japanese cuisine, and they tend to confuse it with other East Asian cuisines. Japan, being an island nation, underwent a unique cultural and culinary development distinct from other East Asian regions, partly due to its period of isolation known as "sakoku" during the Edo period. It's important to recognize that Japan and East Asia are fundamentally different in terms of culture and cuisine. This distinction also means that Japanese cuisine differs from that of its closest neighbor, South Korea.

As a result, most people don't even know the taste or the very basics of Japanese cuisine.
However, learning some simple basics and easy recipes is very straightforward. You can easily master healthy and delicious Japanese cuisine.

I am a licensed Registered Sales Representative and I provide health and medicine advice to my customers.

What is a "Registered seller"?
Sell over-the-counter drugs at pharmacies, drugstores, etc. Over-the-counter drugs are called OTC drugs, and only pharmacists and registered sellers are allowed to sell them. This section describes the job of a registered seller.

Registered sellers are responsible for selling OTC drugs (Class 2 and Class 3 drugs). Rules for providing information at the time of sale for both types of drugs have been established, and when selling, they respond to customers' questions and requests in a kind, polite, and easy-to-understand manner, and also provide friendly advice. The products handled vary depending on the type of store, but the sales of non-pharmaceutical products are also handled.

For Japanese people, when it comes to overseas, America is a familiar presence.

America has always been near me in my life, and I long to be there.

McDonald's Cheeseburger Oh my! Delicious!

When I was a kid, McDonald's hamburgers were a feast. There was a replica of the Apollo lander on the grounds of the elementary school I attended. I imitated Popeye and ate spinach. I was living such a life.

In junior high school, we had a class where we had to send letters to our favorite foreign countries. I sent a letter to NASA without hesitation, hoping to receive even a short reply. I was very happy to receive a thick envelope with various materials. I had a dream to visit the Smithsonian Institution because I wanted to know more about America.

I engaged in individual sports rather than team sports. Since my elementary school days, I have been practicing kendo, judo, and karate. This inclination suggests that I am more interested in martial arts rather than traditional sports.

I got married and went to Hawaii for my honeymoon. In Hawaii, my wife and I had a wonderful experience trying McDonald's hamburgers to see if they were different between Japan and Hawaii.

Wolfgang's-Steak

Wolfgang's

I became a fan of Wolfgang's steak because it was so delicious.

My wife and mother are fans of Costco and often drive out there. Costco is so popular in Japan that the parking lot is overflowing with cars and there are so many people in the store that it is difficult to move around.

When I had my son, he started to like Popeye's and spinach just like me, and he enjoys eating McDonald's hamburgers.

My goal is to take my wife and son to the Smithsonian Institution and Hawaii.

My Idea of American and Japanese Food

Now, people say that Japanese food is healthy. In the past, Japanese food lacked protein, oil, vitamins and minerals, and American food was said to be healthier because it contained more protein.

When I was a child, it was recommended to follow the American diet and drink milk and eat meat. So, to me, the American diet does not seem unhealthy.

I also admired American food that is not available in Japan, such as eating thick meat and enjoying its crunchiness.

I think that incorporating both is true healthy food.

That is why I want to introduce American food to Japanese people. I want to introduce Japanese food to American people. And I want everyone to be healthy and happy.

That is why I am writing this article.

About the Website

Well-Bing Life is a Well-Being Life website established on 8/8/2022. Japanese food recipes websites. The focus of Well-Bing Life is Japanese food and Japanese matters. We are providing information about Japanese food and Japanese affairs to our favorite people in the U.S. so that they can have a healthy mind and body and a happy life.

Unfortunately, some Japanese restaurants in the United States serve food that is harmful to health. Some of the foods that are not Japanese are being served to you as Japanese food. It is wonderful to see the development of new menus and services in each country. However, I have a problem with the fact that people in the U.S. are eating "fake Japanese food" that is bad for their health.

It is true that some Japanese foods are bad for your health, such as tonkatsu, curry, and ramen. Therefore, we decided to provide "basic knowledge of Japanese food" and "healthy recipes" to encourage people to eat Japanese food that is really good for their bodies.

・The basics of Japanese food in order to make Japanese food.
・Simple, tasty and healthy recipes.
・Healthy variations of "bad-for-you Japanese food" recipes popular among Americans.
・Healthy recipes that are made in Japan on a daily basis.

And it is much cheaper to make and eat them than in Japanese restaurants. We also provide Japanese knowledge and information for mental and physical health.

In addition, we also act as an agency for Fushimi Inari Taisha and other shrine and temple related businesses. Through these efforts, we will contribute to the mental and physical health and happy life of our favorite American people.
