Material/ Serves 1

 

Pork meat

160g
(Increase or decrease as desired.)

 

Syouyu

1tbsp

 

Mirin

1tbsp

 

Sake

1tbsp

 

Grated ginger

5g

 

Poteto starch
(Flour can be used.)

Step1.Mix soy sauce, mirin, sake and grated ginger.

Do not dip the pork in the sauce. It makes the pork tough and dry.

 

Step2.Dredge the surface of the pork in flour and cook thoroughly.

To grill over medium heat. If you cook it over high heat, the meat will become tough.

 

Step3.Pour the combined ginger sauce over the pork and grill.

When cooked, lay the cabbage on a plate and serve.

If you fail in cooking and produce food that does not taste good, it is okay.

 

Pork meat is tough and dry.

Cause 
・I didn't flour it.
・Marinated pork in sauce.
・Overcooked.

・Dredge in flour.
・Do not marinate meat in sauce.
