What is "Meuniere of Salmon"?

Material/ Serves 2
2 pieces
Salmon
1 tbsp
Salt
0.5 tsp
Pepper
as needed
Wheat flour
15g
Butter
2 tbsp
Vegetable oil
As you like it
1 tbsp
Soy Sauce
Step1.Preparation.
Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of the salmon and let stand for 10 minutes.
Wipe both sides thoroughly with kitchen paper.
Sprinkle flour evenly over salmon.
Step2.Grill fish.
Coat a frying pan with vegetable oil and cook the fish over medium heat.
Grill for 5 minutes, then turn the meat over and grill.
Add butter and bake.
Butter tends to burn easily, so shake the pan occasionally to keep the temperature of the fat at a constant level and keep it in a fine, bubbling state for as long as possible!
Turn over and grill the other side. Spoon baking oil over the flesh as it cooks.
Serve on a plate.
Step3.Making Sauce.
Add lemon juice to the butter left in the pan to taste and cook gently.
You can also add soy sauce to the sauce to make a delicious sauce. This is a major "butter soy sauce" sauce in Japan.
Once the lemon and soy sauce are blended with the butter, the sauce is ready. Serve with salmon in a small dish to hold the sauce.
