Mentsuyu (Noodle soup)
1tsp
Grated ginger
When there is no noodle soup
About 50ml
Water
0.5tsp
Hondashi
1tbsp
Mirin

Soy sauce

Step1.Preparation of thick fried bean curd.
Place thick fried tofu on a colander and pour boiling water over it to remove oil.
Wipe off water and oil on the surface with paper towels.
Cut the thick fried tofu into pieces.
Step2.Making the sauce.
Mix Noodle-soup with grated ginger.
If you do not have noodle soup, make noodle soup by mixing hondashi, mirin and soy sauce in 50ml of water.
Step3.Grill the fried tofu, pour the sauce over the tofu and fry.
Place the fried tofu slices on a pan with vegetable oil and fry them on both sides.
Pour the sauce on top.
Saute and blend the sauce.
Arrange on a plate.
Topped with dried bonito flakes as desired.
Finish
Prepare rice or beer and enjoy.
