(Kombu Dashi Powder kelp (Vegetarian Soup Stock)". )

 

 

Vegetarians and vegans should use "Kombu Dashi Powder kelp (Vegetarian Soup Stock)" instead of "hondashi". Changing Soup Stock to this will result in a menu with no animal products.
