Recommended
Vegetarians and vegans should use "Kombu Dashi Powder kelp (Vegetarian Soup Stock)" instead of "hondashi". Changing Soup Stock to this will result in a menu with no animal products.

Step1.Boil water and add the "Hondashi"(Japanese soup stock).

Dried wakame seaweed increases a lot when it absorbs water. Be careful not to add too much.
2.Cut tofu into 1.5 cm cubes.

3.Add tofu and bring to a boil.
Step3.Dissolve soybean paste and mix so as not to crush Tofu.

Caution
