This is the smallest possible method: no pot, no elaborate stock, just enough technique to make one useful bowl.
Ingredients
- Hot water177 ml
- Dried wakame0.5 g
- Dashi granules1 g
- Miso10 g
How to make it
- Put the wakame, dashi and miso into a mug or heatproof bowl.
- Pour in the hot water and stir until the miso is fully dissolved.
- Let the wakame soften, stir once more and drink while warm.
